no way out

   Footsteps. Behind me there were footsteps. They were creeping up behind me as i was gradually picking up speed. That's what you do when you're scared isn't it? you try and run? they were getting louder and closer; louder and closer. Until they were just close enough, and then...darkness...silence...
   With fear, I slowly opened my eyes, however it was not the image I was expecting. On the outside I was surrounded by whiteness and on the inside I was filled with confusion. There was nothing, nothing except from the ground I was lying on; which was uncomfortable. The walls were white, the door was white, the only glimpse of colour to be seen was the golden lock on the door; surprisingly enough, it was locked. There is no way out..

I've just listened to Emeli Sande's new song 'next to me'. It is amazing and so catchy, its stuck in my head which   I don't mind :) my favourite song of hers is 'read all about it' which isn't really hers it's professor green's but still she featured in it so it's partly hers! funny story, I asked my sister to get me her album for that Christmas there and she went to hmv looking for it and asked the guy and everything then he said that she didn't have an album out and that there wasn't even a date for it to come out which made me sad so she didn't know what to get me because i'm difficult to buy for however she managed to get me no7 nail polish which I love! oh well, pointless story there, don't care. see ya!

just found out that she has an album out now. its called 'our version of events' and im listening to it just now on spotify (a music site kind of like we7) and its really good! it just came out this year.

i'm new to this..

hello, my name is jasmine and I am currently 13 years and 352 days old ;) I want to start blogging because I want to be a journalist when I grow up and wanted to introduce something into my life that was a little bit like it. Also, I want to write some stories when I grow up and my dad thought it would be a good idea to write them on a blogging site like this so that I could get feedback and criticism. I will be blogging about several different things so don't expect me to write about 1 topic all of the time because I wont be. I would really like it if people did comment on my blogs and give me ideas of what to write about as I say i'm new to this and don't really know what 'the readers' want to read! well, bye for now, i will try and keep my blogs as up to date as possible.
p.s. the 'o' and 'l' on my keyboard have come off but they still work if i press them really hard but sometimes i might miss out the letter, i'll try to make sure i don't but.
